होलाष्‍टक से रहे सावधान न करें ये काम - आचार्य अशोक नारायण

 होलाष्‍टक से रहे सावधान न करें ये काम 

          सोमवार 27 फरवरी, 2023 से होलाष्टक लगने जा रहा है| यह 8 दिनों का होता है और इस दौरान किसी भी तरह के शुभ और मांगलिक कार्य वर्जित होते हैं| होलाष्टक यानी होली  के पहले ऐसे आठ दिन, जिन्हें अशुभ माना जाता है| इस समय मांगलिक कार्यों की मनाही होती है और एक तरीके से देखा जाए तो ये आठ दिन शोक से जुड़ाव महसूस कराते हैं| होलाष्टक का प्रभाव ग्रहों की चाल के कारण भी होता है|                        

          होलाष्‍टक के 8 दिनों के दौरान राजा हिरण्यकश्यप ने अपनी बहन होलिका के साथ

मिलकर अपने पुत्र प्रह्लाद को भगवान विष्णु की भक्ति से दूर करने के लिए कठोर यातनाएं दी थीं| यहां तक कि आखिरी दिन उसे जलाकर मारने की कोशिश भी की थी| इसलिए इन 8 दिनों में शुभ कार्य नहीं करते हैं और ज्‍यादा से ज्‍यादा समय भगवान की भक्ति में लगाते हैं| 

          फाल्गुन अष्टमी से होलिका दहन तक आठ दिनों तक होलाष्टक के दौरान मांगलिक और शुभ कार्यों पर रोक लग जाती है| होलाष्‍टक के दौरान हिंदू धर्म से जुड़े सोलह संस्कार जैसे- विवाह, मुंडन घर-गाड़ी, सोना खरीदना, नया काम-व्‍यापार शुरू करना|

          नवविवाहिता को सुसराल में पहली होली देखने की भी मनाही की गई है| इस दौरान किसी परिजन की मृत्‍यु हो जाए तो उसकी आत्‍मा की शांति के लिए विशेष अनुष्‍ठान कराने चाहिए|

 

होलाष्टक में क्या करें?

          होलाष्टक में महामृत्युंजय मंत्र का जाप करने से हर तरह के रोग से छुटकारा मिलता है, साथ ही आकस्मिक मृत्‍यु का खतरा भी टल जाता है|  

          ऐसा माना जाता है कि होलिका से पूर्व 8 दिन दाह-कर्म की तैयारी की जाती है| होलाष्टक मृत्यु का सूचक है| इस दुःख के कारण होली के पूर्व 8 दिनों तक कोई भी शुभ कार्य नही होता है| जब प्रह्लाद बच जाता है, उसी खुशी में होली का त्योहार मनाते हैं|

          ग्रन्थों में उल्लेख मिलता है कि भगवान शिव की तपस्या को भंग करने के अपराध में कामदेव को शिव जी ने फाल्गुन की अष्टमी में भस्म कर दिया था | कामदेव की पत्नी रति ने उस समय क्षमा याचना की और शिव जी ने कामदेव को पुनः जीवित करने का आश्वासन दिया|

इसी खुशी में लोग रंग खेलते हैं|

    भगवान विष्णु के भक्त विधि-विधान से पूजा करने के साथ ऊँ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय या ऊँ विष्णवे नम: का जाप कर सकते हैं। होलाष्टक के दौरान भगवान का मनन करने से आपका चित्त, मन, दिमाग शांत रहेगा, जिससे आपके आसपास सकारात्मक ऊर्जा प्रवाहित होगी।
